For subscription customers, login to your account. If you would like to change your delivery date/time permanently, click on Addresses & Delivery to update your new delivery day/delivery time. However, this would not change the date and times for the upcoming deliveries of the month. If you would like to change them, you can do so on the individual drop down menus on the Meals tab of the My Accounts page. That said, our team requires 2 days prior to your next delivery day notification to make this change.

We cannot commit to specific delivery time, however, if there is no one home to receive, our delivery team will leave the box at your door. Our delivery time slots are Monday to Friday, 1pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm.
For ala carte orders, delivery cost is $4.90 and above $50 purchase, delivery is free. For subscription orders, delivery is free.
For meats and seafood, they are deep freeze, vacuum sealed and packed in cooler bags with ice packs to ensure they stay cold till you are ready to transfer to your freezer. Dairy products are packed in the same cooler bags as the meats and seafood, so do transfer to the chiller.

Cookin1 meal kit contains all the required pre-portioned ingredients for that particular recipe except salt, sugar and pepper. Each box also comes along with a simple to follow instruction card so cooking a meal now is a breeze for all.
Currently, we only offer Vegan/Vegetarian meal kits. In addition, on each product page, we have listed all the ingredients that we are providing so you can pick and choose those that fit your lifestyle.
Of course! Currently, we have 4 subscription plans to offer, in 2 different categories. The classic plans serve 2 and the family plans serve 4, each with options of 1 meal kit per week or 2 meal kits per week. We also offer ala carte purchase if you would like to try out before purchasing a subscription. We know our customers are busy bees and may not be able to commit to cooking that often but we strongly encourage you to cook up a healthy meal for you and love ones at least once a week.
Our recipes are curated to suit home cooks of all levels. If you can cook, it is a no brainer. If you cannot cook, the instruction card is very simple to follow. Still not confident? Click on our videos and follow the steps accordingly. We are confident that cooking is never this easy, fun and delicious.
We understand how busy our customers can be, and there are times you won’t be able to cook the meal on the same day of delivery due to various reasons. Hence, we have our meats/seafood frozen and vacuum packed so you just have to transfer the package to the freezer upon receipt. Likewise, for vegetables and dairy products, simply transfer the package to the fridge. That said, we strongly encourage you to cook the meal kit within one week.
With our vacuum seal packaging, meats/seafood can be kept frozen in your freezer up to 4 weeks and vegetables can be kept in your chiller up to 2 weeks. That said, we encourage you to cook the meal kit within one week to enjoy its freshness.
Definitely! Ensure all the vacuum seal bags and containers are rinsed clean. Together with the packaging box, place them in the recycling bin located nearest to your home. For ice packs, you may keep them in the freezer and reuse them when needed.
For ala carte purchase, you do not need to create an account but having one makes your future purchase a breeze as you do not require to enter the details once again.
For subscription, it is mandatory to create an account as you will then be able to pre-select your meals for the upcoming weeks, edit payment mode, edit personal details, pause, skip or cancel your subscription.
- Click on MY ACCOUNT on the top right of the website and click REGISTER.
Create an account. Click on SUBSCRIPTION PLANS tab and select your preferred plan. Click CHECKOUT and enter all mandatory information including your preferred delivery date and time. Click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT and make your payment. Upon successful payment, an email with invoice will be emailed to your registered email address.
Login to your account. Click on DASHBOARD, the options for each week will be displayed below the upcoming weeks information. Select your preferred meal kits for the particular week and click SUBMIT.
All changes need to be made online via your account 2 days prior to your next scheduled delivery.
Login to your account. Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS and click on the VIEW button linked to your active subscription plan. Click on SUSPEND to pause your subscription. To resume your delivery, in the same tab, click on REACTIVATE.
Login to your account. Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS and click on the VIEW button linked to your active subscription plan. Click on CANCEL to cancel your subscription. If you would like to subscribe back to the same plan, simply login to your account, click on the last canceled subscription order number and click RESUBSCRIBE. You will need to enter payment details once again. You may also add a new plan into your cart and check out as per new order.
