A good bowl of fried rice – ANY fried rice, is many of our comfort food. It’s an all-in-one meal with carbs, veggies, meat, and, of course, it’s the perfect vehicle for your favorite hot sauce or chili oil. We were inspired by a similar dish when dining out and hence curated this for home cooks. Savoury, a little kick of spiciness, juicy chicken chunks and crunchy kai lan. Perfect dish to whip up for the family.
