Saba or Mackerel has an oily, rich flavour that is very delicious and very easy to cook. The perfect dish to cook on a busy weeknight as it is so simple to prepare. Simply pan-grilled to crispy and cook up a soy glaze to coat it over the juicy, crispy fish. Served with blanched vegetables and rice, complete meal in 30mins!
