Samgyetang aka Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup is very healthy and nourishing soup during the summer. It is made of of a whole young chicken stuffed with sticky rice, ginseng, jujube and garlic. This dish is very simple to prepare, however, it requires a longer time to cook. That said, to taste the richness of this broth, it is definitely worth the wait.
