Prep & Cook Time: 30 mins
Serves: 2 pax

Paella is a traditional Spanish rice dish with seafood that we all know it takes time to cook. And so we are bringing to you a ‘shortcut’ recipe where we have substituted paella rice with orzo (aka risoni), which is a form of short-cut pasta, shaped like a large grain of rice. This recipe is full of flavour and a hint of spice which definitely can pass off as a gourmet meal that’s home cooked in a jiffy!
