Tonyu Nabe (Japanese Soy Milk Hotpot) (serves 2)

Prep & Cook Time: 20 mins

Serves: 2 pax

We are all hotpot lovers here in Singapore. Hotpots of all sorts are popular as well. Japanese Soy Milk Hotpot also known as Tonyu Nabe has a really delicate flavour. Due to the soy milk in the broth, the taste is naturally sweet and creamy. When all the vegetables and meats are submerged in the broth, everything comes together resulting in a well rounded, savoury hot pot.
