Sukiyaki is a Japanese Winter meal but due to its popularity, it is now consumed all year round. Layer your ingredients into the pot and top with the dashi stock and the combined seasoning which gives it a sweet, savoury flavour. Once vegetables are tender, cook your beef slices to your preferred doneness and dip in our in-house ponzu sauce. Itadakimasu!
