We are very pleased with how this dish turned out. It is interestingly tasting a little Indian and a little Sichuan! Loaded with Vitamin C and beta-carotene, green chillies are great for healthy eyes, skin and immune system. Juicy chicken pieces, crunchy and sweet peas stir-fried with crunchy green chillies, lao gan ma sauce and a touch of peppercorns. Not sure if one bowl of rice is enough for you, we wiped out our plates during out shoot! Add some heat to your dinner table today.
