Kung Pao Mushrooms (Vegetarian) (serves 2)

Kung Pao Mushrooms (Vegetarian) (serves 2)

Prep & Cook Time: 30 mins

Serves: 2 pax

Kung Pao Chicken is a popular Szechuan dish globally. In actual fact, we can kung pao anything, and so we bring to you our vegetarian version using King Oyster Mushrooms. King oyster mushroom is named as chicken leg mushrooms by Chinese, because it not only looks like Chicken leg but also tastes like chicken leg too, hence a good alternative for this dish. The best about homecooked meals is that you can customise the taste according to your palette. Add lesser chillies for milder spice and add all the chillies if you want it spicier!
