A rendition of the Goan curry (Goa – a little paradise that is all about sand, sea, and sun in Western India), aromatic, thick curry with a blend of loads of different spices. It has a slight tanginess to cut through the thick curry as well. Served with a plate of biryani rice that is packed with flavour, another meatless crowd pleaser!
