Mapo tofu is a popular Chinese dish from Sichuan province. It consists of tofu set in a spicy sauce, typically cooked with (fermented broad bean and chilli paste, along with minced meat, traditionally beef/pork. Here, we are bringing to you a vegetarian version where meat is replaced with mushrooms and brinjal. A great meatless dish to cook up at home.
