How To Cook

Instructions

PREPARE INGREDIENTS
1. Wash and pat dry all fresh produce.
2. Season Wagyu Ground Beef with a big pinch of Salt and Black Pepper. Using your hands, mould into 2 round patties (about the size of the buns).
3. Peel and slice Onion(s) thinly.
4. Slice Tomato.
5. Cut Brioche Buns into halves.

COOK CARAMELISED ONIONS WITH RED WINE
1. Heat Butter/Olive Oil Mix in a small saucepan/pot/frying pan over medium-low heat.
2. Add in Sliced Onions and stir occasionally till caramelised, about 8mins. Be watchful as it may burn.
3. Pour in Red Wine and season with a pinch of Salt.
4. Once Red Wine has been evaporated, consistency will be jammy.
5. Remove from heat and set aside.

TOAST BRIOCHE BUNS
1. Spread a good amount of Butter onto halves of Brioche Buns.
**Remaining Butter will be used in the final step.
2. Heat cast iron skillet/skillet/frying pan over low heat.
3. Place buttered sides down, toast buns till lightly crispy.
4. Remove from heat and set aside.

FINISH YOUR DISH
1. In the same skillet/pan, add in remaining Butter. Turn heat up to medium-high heat. Once Butter is almost melted, add in Wagyu Beef Patties.
2. Sear bottom for about 3-5mins. Seared side should be browned (depending on your preferred doneness).
3. Flip over and sear for another 3-5mins. At the last minute, top each patty with Sliced Cheddar Cheese.
4. While patties are cooking, spread desired amount of Garlic Mayonnaise onto Bun halves. Place Lettuce and Sliced Tomatoes onto bottom halves.
5. Top with cooked Wagyu Beef Patties, Caramelised Red Wine Onions and top with bun.
