4 x Shitake Mushrooms
2 x Pandan Leaves
1 x Ginger
160g x Jasmine Rice
200ml Chicken Stock

Combined Seasoning:
– Sesame Oil
– Soy Sauce
– Dark Soy Sauce
– Cooking Wine

Combined Marinade:
– Oyster Sauce
– Salt
– Black Pepper
– Grated Ginger
– Cooking Wine
