Hot & Sour Chazuke (Serves 2)

Hot & Sour Chazuke (Serves 2)

Prep & Cook Time: 30 mins
Serves: 2 pax

Chazuke – a typical Japanese rice bowl served with green tea poured into it. This dish is a rendition from a Contemporary Sichuan Restaurant on Amoy Street – Birds of a Feather. Savoury, slightly spicy green soup is poured over a serving of rice, served with crispy golden brown White Snapper fillet and greens. You have to try this, it has made it to our favourite recipe!
