Traditionally, this dish is cooked in a clay pot over charcoal fire, however, to make it simpler for everyone to whip this up at home, we have curated this dish to be cooked in your rice cooker. Rice cooked with sweet, tender yam and oils from the preserved sausages infused into the rice, a simple but yet delectable Chinese New Year to whip up at home.
