Gado Gado means “mix-mix”, is an Indonesian salad made with potatoes, vegetables, fried tofu, fried tempeh, and all tossed in a rich peanut sauce. This dish has made it to one of our favourite vegan dishes. So simple to prepare but yet packed with textures and flavours.
